New Course Booking Proces

After a highly successful 10-year partnership with Leeds Beckett University, and more than 200,000 bookings on courses across the game, we are changing how we support people in booking training courses.

There is no change to how an individual books onto a course, bookings and searching for courses remain online, but support will now move to the Club Support Centre. Participants will be able to find solutions in our FAQs or by contacting the helpdesk below.

John Lawn, England Rugby, Head of Game Development said, ‘Leeds Beckett University have been a fantastic partner in supporting us in providing training up and down the country. Many thousands of players have benefited from high quality training that their coach, referee, first aider or club volunteer has received and Leeds Beckett have played a crucial role in enabling us to provide this service. We thank them for their contribution.’

Sally Griffiths, Director of Sport & Active Lifestyles at Leeds Beckett University said ‘It has been a privilege to work closely with many great colleagues over the last decade and we are delighted that our role as National Coach Administration Centre for this period has had such a positive impact on these players development. We would like to wish our colleagues well for the future and thank them for their support throughout.'

The new support system came into effect from Sunday 1 August, as communicated through the community game update. Please feel free to pass this on to anyone you think might be attending an England Rugby course. None of this will impact anyone already undertaking courses, or those who have booked courses due to take place in the future.
